A 10-Week Nervous-System–Centered Birth Preparation for Anxious Moms

This is the core MPowered Birth journey.

A small, curated group of pregnant women move through the curriculum together with weekly live sessions, guided practices, and ongoing integration support.

  • Somatic regulation tools for real-life stress
