MPowered Birth is a nervous-system-first birth preparation program for women who want more than information, they want steadiness. You’ll learn practical regulation tools you can use in pregnancy, early labor, active labor, and postpartum.

A small, curated group of pregnant women move through the curriculum together with weekly live sessions, guided practices, and ongoing integration support.
